1. Select from the top toolbar: Image / Canvas Size.
2. Add 20 pixels to the Width & Height.

 

3. Choose "White" as the Canvas Extension Colour, then click OK.
4. Select from the top toolbar: Image / Canvas Size.
5. Add 10 pixels to the Width & Height.
6. Choose "Black" as the Canvas Extension Colour, then click OK.

 

All done!... you now have a simple, but effective clean border for your image.
